Local & private AI

AI can take a lot of busywork off your team, but most AI services send your files and questions to someone else's computers. We set up AI that runs on hardware you own or infrastructure you control, so you get the help and keep your data.

what we can help with

What this can look like

  • Working out where AI would really save your team time, and where it would not
  • Choosing and setting up the right hardware, in your office or on a private server
  • Installing AI that runs entirely on that hardware
  • Connecting it to your documents, files, and the tools you already use
  • An assistant your team can ask about your own manuals, policies, and records
  • Keeping it updated, secure, and running well over time

is this a fit?

Sound familiar?

  • You'd like to use AI, but not with your customers' data on someone else's servers.
  • Your team spends hours digging through documents or answering the same questions.
  • You handle private information, like client files, finances, or member details.

questions

Common questions

What does "local" or "private" AI mean?

The AI runs on equipment you own or control, like a computer in your office or a private server, instead of a public online service. Your questions and documents are handled there and aren't sent to an outside company.

Who is it for?

Any small business that wants help from AI but works with information it can't or shouldn't share: client files, contracts, health or financial details, or hard-won know-how.

Why does keeping the data private matter?

Once your data is on someone else's servers, you have less say over where it's stored, who can see it, and how long it's kept. Keeping it on your own systems makes it easier to protect your customers and keep the promises you've made to them.

Do we need special hardware?

Sometimes. It depends on what you want it to do and how many people will use it. We'll look at what you already have first, and only suggest new equipment if it's really needed.

Is it as capable as the big online AI services?

For many everyday jobs, like drafting, summarizing, and answering questions about your own documents, it works well. It isn't the right fit for everything, and we'll tell you honestly where it falls short before you spend anything.
